The truly unique design of Paragon's fuel pumps provides installation versatility, reliability, and maintenance-free performance even in the most demanding operating environments. Our fully-integrated solutions, available in capacities ranging from 0.8 gpm to 15 gpm at outlet pressures of up to 150 psi, simplify procurement and reduce both initial and long-term operating costs. Patented features of Paragon's breakthrough fuel transfer pump design include:

All of Paragon's fuel transfer pumps are external gearset positive displacement pumps that offer excellent priming capabilities. Because there are no dynamic seals, no greased bearings, and no motor brushes, no scheduled maintenance is required for up to 10 years. Hardened pump bodies mean wear is negligible and performance remains constant for the life of the pump. Fuel transfer pumps are driven by either a highly reliable AC induction motor powered by direct AC input voltage, or powered by an integral, media-cooled DC/AC induction motor.

The same proprietary technologies that make Paragon's fuel management systems state-of-the-art, incredibly dependable, and always trouble-free are also deployed in the design of our high-performance lube, pre-lube, and turbo soak-back pumps. Lubricant pumps are available in capacities ranging from .4 gpm to 30 gpm at outlet pressures of up to 150 psi.

Paragon produces a number of precision pressure relief valves, all based on one versatile and robust package. Valves can be set to relieve pressure ranging from 1 to 150 psi, while flow rates can be adjusted from 0 to15 gpm. Valve cracking pressure and piston dampening can be customized to meet unique performance requirements; field adjustment is also available.

Like our pump products, Paragon valves are thoroughly tested for durability and reliability: sliding surfaces are nitride hardened for unprecedented product life and ongoing laboratory testing of over two million cycles consistently validates the capacity of our valves to perform even under the harshest of operating environments. Available in a single valve unit or in an easy-to-integrate manifold, our valve packages are based on standard SAEJ1926-12 port sizes and can be modified in size and interface to meet specific application requirements or replace existing hardware.
