First, one must understand equipment requirements as they might relate to fluid delivery. Then, one must understand all critical characteristics of the pump and fluid delivery system.
Next, we command the pump to move or get out of the way. Our control schemes are designed to optimize processes, send alerts, and shutdown (get out of the way) if necessary.
Continuous duty, with a range of flow rates available:
VS/CS7425 — 0 to 30-lpm (0 to 8-gpm)
VS/CS7435 — 30 to 60-lpm (8 to 16-gpm)
- Pressure control with target pressure between 0.5-bar and 10-bar (5-psi and 150-psi)
- Monitors and reports the presence of air, sensor failure, locked rotor, filter clogging, thermal problems, limp home mode, and dry run conditions
