Continuous duty, with a range of flow rates available:

VS/CS7425 — 0 to 30-lpm (0 to 8-gpm)

  • Pressure control with target pressure between 0.5-bar and 10-bar (5-psi and 150-psi)
  • Monitors and reports the presence of air, sensor failure, locked rotor, filter clogging, thermal problems, limp home mode, and dry run conditions
  • Visual status (LED) indicator for pump and system status
  • Can communicate stored data to handheld device for further troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Energy savings by reducing parasitic loads
  • Extended filter life

Intelligent controllers:

  • 3 phase AC Controller — 24-vdc to 110-vdc input; capable of variable speed, controlled via CAN, and/or closed loop pressure control
  • Media-cooled controller
  • Hardened gears
  • Media-cooled AC brushless motor
  • Continuously lubricated bearings; fresh fuel purges debris from bearings
  • Self priming and designed to be used with large debris — 30 mesh strainer (600 microns)
  • Exceptional durability; designed for over 10 years

Turbo soak-back pumps are used for turbocharger lubrication and cooling immediately upon engine shutdown, avoiding expensive and unnecessary turbocharger failures. It functions as a turbo pre-lube pump as well providing vital protection during startup.
